Strength & Conditioning
We have a range of weight training equipment in our strength and conditioning area that is designed to meet the needs of combat sports athletes and consists of the major lifting stations; squat rack, bench press and power rack, as well as a Medex leg press, Concept 2 rower, assault bike and much more.
We are confident that our weight training area will meet your needs, whether for a light work out or to maximise your competition potential. We offer induction classes for all new members to show them the ropes in our weight training area. Please ask at reception to book a spot and start to improve your strength and conditioning.
We have 3 personal trainers working at the gym who can help you to develop a programme that works for you.
