About Our Programme

One of the oldest combat sports, wrestling is a great supplement to your BJJ or MMA training that allows you to dictate whether the fight takes place standing or on the ground. Developing effective wrestling skills provides the control and pressure systems necessary for dominating positions in all grappling disciplines.

We are a British Wrestling member club and we are very fortunate to have Eric Ciake as our wrestling coach in West London. Eric is a highly qualified coach and decorated competitor who will take your wrestling to the next level. Training sessions run on Wednesdays and Fridays at 7:30pm, focusing on chain wrestling, takedown mechanics, top control, and pressure work.

Wrestling-only membership: £40 per month.

Wrestling is about pressure, positioning, and relentless forward movement. Whether you're taking someone down, controlling them on the ground, or defending against their attacks, every action requires technical precision combined with the conditioning to execute under fatigue.

Our wrestling programme develops athletes who understand how to dictate where the fight takes place. You will learn chain wrestling sequences, defensive systems, and the pressure-based approach that makes wrestling so effective in both BJJ and MMA. This is not recreational training - this is building a skill set that translates directly to competition.

Training here means working with committed athletes in an environment focused on technical development and consistent improvement. We maintain high standards while adapting to each athlete's goals.
