No Gi


Nogi is essentially Brazilian Jiu Jitsu without the Judogi (kimono) Shorts and tshirt or rashguard and spats are suitable attire.

It is essential to train without the gi to supplement your Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training, especially if you are training for MMA or self defence. With this in mind we offer two classes per week at peak times to ensure you can add at least one class of nogi a week to your schedule.

If you wish to dedicate more time to your nogi training then you could train both nogi classes and the wrestling and MMA classes in order to focus on the Nogi game. We would still recommend at least one class per week with the Gi.

(Nogi Tuesday and Friday at 6:15pm, MMA Sunday 1:00 pm, wrestling Wednesday 7:30pm)
